About this Sake
This is Baba Shuzojo's driest sake, and it is brewed for a clean, refreshing flavor. It brings deep rice flavor, with the full, hefty finish of a traditional drier sake. The delicate aroma is also a great accompaniment for meals.

In recent years, the Nogomi series has picked up awards at various competitions as a result of producing high quality sake using Yamada Nishiki grown in Kashima and consistently producing high-quality sake with the help of their skilled brewers.
