Refrigerated delivery is 350 yen (tax incl). Delivery charges depending on location.

As a general rule, applications are valid for 5 days from confirmation of the order (from delivery of the automatic email to confirm your order).

As a general rule we are unable to accept returns of alcoholic beverages. Sake, particularly namazake (unpasteurized sake), requires temperature-controlled storage. We recommend selecting cool delivery, especially in the summer months to preserve the quality of the product. If you receive a different product to the one you ordered, please contact us within one week.

Normally no limits, but depends on the product.

We aim to deliver within 7 days from receipt of your order. If there is a delay due to unseasonable weather, delivery company's circumstances, or any other reason, we will notify you by e-mail.
